To begin, I want to thank you for visiting my site and viewing the properties I have to offer.

 

Let me begin by saying what I won't do for you:

 

  1. I won't tell you how wonderful I am and that no one is better than me.
  2. I won't tell a seller that their house will sell in 1 day if they list with me.
  3. I won't tell a buyer that they will find the perfect house in the same day and be able to buy it for half of the asking price.

Here is what I will do for you:

  1. I will give my seller my honest and professional opinion of the true value of their home.
  2. I will keep my seller informed of what activity there has been on their property and what strategies I have to insure maximum exposure.
  3. I will help my buyer find the home that meets the criteria they have asked me to follow.  Never will I show properties to them that do not follow their guidelines.
  4. I will suggest alternatives to my buyer if property guidelines they have are just not a match to what is available.
  5. I will tell you that I have been in the Real Estate profession for 13 years and licensed as a Broker and Owner of Mountain Management and Realty, Inc.
  6. I will tell you I am licensed as a Broker in Georgia and Florida.
